Hey, I'm Alexa
For ten years, I worked as a theater director in Switzerland, helping actors find presence, authority, and truth on stage. But over time, the work itself began to feel hollow. Constant pressure to produce with scarce resources, mounting props, sets, and costumes, all in service of a play performed to a half-empty room for three weeks, started to feel deeply wrong, both to me and to the world around me. I was burnt out, and I had lost the sense of meaning in what I did.
In 2016, following my father's death, I left my life in Switzerland and set out for Mexico in search of healing and meaning. What began as a personal quest for something I couldn't yet name became a complete unraveling and remaking of who I was. I found community, belonging, and, slowly, a more authentic version of myself, one I had been looking for for a long time. I studied healing methods rooted in ancestral indigenous wisdom. These practices reshaped how I understand health, deepened my relationship with nature, and reconnected me to myself in ways I hadn't experienced before.
Wanting to translate what I'd learned into a language and practice that could meet people in the Western world where they are, I went on to study astrology and energetic healing, and eventually specialized in HeartHealing™.
Today, I work with women who lead, in their own businesses, or in roles that demand a certain natural authority and presence. On the outside, they achieve. On the inside, many carry a relentless inner critic, a quiet feeling of not being enough, or the exhaustion of performing leadership on someone else's terms.
My work is to help you come home to yourself, to meet and reconcile with your inner child, so that leadership stops being a performance and starts being an expression of who you really are. Safe to lead. Safe to show up authentically. Safe to defend your vision. Safe to set boundaries and standards, for yourself and for others.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reclaiming what was always yours.

Thank you!
